| Union Public Service Commission Indian Forest Service Examination-2006 | |
The
Public Service Commission will hold the Indian Forest Service Examination,
2006 commencing from 8th July, 2006 for recruitment to the Indian Forest
Service. The examination will be held at various centers across the country.
Salient features of the examination are published herein for general information of candidates. For details regarding the Syllabus and Scheme of the examination, Centres of examination, Guidelines for filling up application form etc. aspirants must consult the detailed Notice of the examination published in the Employment News/Rozgar Samachar dated 11th February, 2006. 1. Coditions of Eligibility: 2. Application Form: 3. Fee: Rs.100vv``````/- (Rupees One Hundred only) through Central Recruitment Fee Stamp only. SC/ST/Physically Handicapped candidates are exempted from payment of fees. (OBC candidates are required to pay full fees). 4. Address and Last Date for Receipt of Applications: All applications must reach the “Secretary, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi- 110069” either by hand or by Post/Speed Post or by Courier, on or before the 13th March, 2006. However, in respect of candidates residing abroad or in certain remote areas specified in the Notice the last date for receipt of applications by Post/Speed Post only (not by hand or by courier) is 20th March, 2006. 5. Facilitation Counter and Website for Guidance Candidates: In case of any guidance/information/clarification regarding their applications, candidate etc. candidates can contact UPSC’s Facilitation Counter near “C” gate of its campus in person or over Telephone No:011-23385271/23381125/23098543 on working days between 10.00 hrs. and 17.00 hrs.
