AICET- ENTRANCE TEST 2006
Candidates can download the application form from the above given websites or obtain information booklet and application form by courier/speed/registered post directly from the below mentioned address by sending a written request along with a demand draft. The DD should be sent for Rs.1100/- (Rs.250/- for application, Rs.750/- for examination & Rs.100/- for postage) to be drawn in favour of “AIMECA” payable at Chennai to the below mentioned address. The question papers are prepared in a scientific way by experts in each field in order to make provision for all candidates(CBSE and all other state boards) without any hardship. Students can be admitted in the colleges of their own choice all over India based on the merit list through single window counseling. Seat allocation will be made after document verification. Students are requested to go through the prospectus carefully before filling up the application.

ISSUE OF APPLICATIONS COMMENCE FROM 17.10.2005
As per the directions of the hon’ble 7 judges bench of the hon’ble supreme court of India W.P.(c) No.251/2004, the candidates will be saved from lot of expenditure,mental agony due to hundreds of competitive examinations. The candidates should use only one application and they can write one and only examination conducted by ALMECA for joining any college all over India. The expenses of lacs of parents will be saved and they have a better choice for their wards in a peaceful manner. The aspirants will not be required to have several examinations in several places scattered all over India.

The candidates must have passed or likely to pass in the subjects of physics, chemistry, biology and mathematics individually at the qualifying examinations. Those who have taken plus two examination in the year 2003,2004 and 2005 can also appear for the entrance test provisionally subject to their fulfilling the conditions later.

For UG courses (B.E, B.Tech, B,plan, MBBS B.D.S, BAMS, BHMS,B.PT, B.O.T, B.R.T, B.Sc Nursing, Agri, horticulture, etc., B.Arch, B.pharm, etc., For PG courses

1. 2. The candidates must follow the instructions strictly as given in the Information Bulletin. Applications not complying with the instructions will be rejected.
3. The filled in Applications should reach The President, AIMECA's office at "5110, H-Block, 1st Street, 12 Main Road, Anna Nagar, Chennai-600040"
4. All the Medical Colleges are approved by Medical Council of India, Dental Colleges by Dental Council of India, Pharmacy Colleges by Pharmacy Council of India, Nursing Colleges by Indian Nursing Council, Engineering Colleges by AICTE both UG & PG.
5. AICET- All India Common Entrance Test/Examination consists of two papers with objective type questions for all UG courses and a third paper "Aptitude Test" which is necessary for B.Arch. and B.Plan. students
